| Gang Gang Dance's Saint Dymphna
| | (As published for Seatwave.com)
The follow-up to critically acclaimed God’s money, Saint Dymphna is Gang Gang Dance’s latest attack on the music world.
It
has a distinctly unique sound to it, though the dance element mixed
with more tribal and oriental beats would appeal to fans of Massive
Attack and Faithless. Tracks such as Bebey and First Communion stand
out and are definitely worth a listen, capturing your attention within
the first few bars. Tracks 7 to 11 sound somewhat more continental, but
are still definitely but are still very much in sync with the rest of
the album.
This album will be available from 20th October, and
is highly recommended to those who are looking for chill-out anthems
with a twist of dance to them.
